Khoshghadam tomato sauce:1/2 cup

Lamb minced meat: 250 gr

Black lemon:3 ones
Rose water:1 soup spoon
Cinnamon:1/2 teaspoon
Steamed safferon:as you need

Recipe:
Fry the onion and then add turmeric,peper and khoshghadam tomato sauce.then add lamb minced meat pieces and saute them.add split peas and pour 3 glasses of water and let them cook about 1 hour.then add black lemons and let it cook 1 more hour.after that take out the lemons and add salt,safferon and cinnamon to the stew and cook well.a quarter before serving,pour the rose water.finally,design your stew with French fries and enjoy it.
